Cannot get on to server... Empty Cannot get on to server...

I seem to have acquired a problem in which I cannot connect to phoenix...
My server list doesn't even find it...Sad All other servers are fine but when I put in ip for nonbot it just awaits connection forever...

Any ideas what could be causing this? I'm pretty rubbish at these things scratch
