Battlefield bad company 2 tech support

Is it possible to have a tech support section for Bad Company 2?

I need help getting server list I still cant get one up ......or connect to IP.

Can't play at all Kis? If I'm understanding you correctly, you don't see any servers on the list right? Under the multiplayer tab....click on the the server browser listing. Then go to the lower right hand corner of the screen and it will say "search" in a box. Click that and you should see a massive list of servers pop up. About 6800 or so, iirc.

With slow connections it can take for ages to load any servers,, i used to go and make brew and come and wait some more then it was good to go. add servers to your favorites also,, makes searching a whole lot quiker. You cant connect via ip either.

AND add friends and you wont have to seach at all,, just connect to your mates if they are playing ofc.

It's a fairly massive game. Hell....even running at 4Ghz w/ 21.4 Gb/s of memory bandwidth on my system, it takes about 25 seconds to even start the game.

Does it just stay there "waiting for data" when you search for servers,, also i dont have any requests for friends from anyone, make sure you "send request"

Yup says waiting for data and no there are no friend request.

Have you got steam/msn/xfire or something, so we chat?

thats weird because ive seen you online,, make sure nothing is blocking internet access for bc2

I know its crazy...... doesn't come up as installed game on my Xfire or I would join that way.. I've allowed it thru firewall.

So your not actually logged in. You may want to do a customer support ticket w/ EA. That is very strange, there has to be something blocking your connections to EA directly.

If it's failing to connect to EA Online, then your not logged in. It has to connect to the master server to get the servers list which requires that you successfully login. By what you said earlier, "I get I get message that it is failing to connect to EA Online.", your not.

I'd email their tech support and see if they can help.
